I don't think BidVine go so far as to invent fake clients, but I am finding a high percentage of contacts made through BidMatch for Ikea assembly think that my profile's hourly rate is a fixed bid to build anything and everything that Ikea sell, even if it's a 4m wide PAX combo that would take two people all day! The online chat people have been excellent so far, and refunded charges for these situations.

I have always had a good experience when contacting Bidvine's customer service, always prompt and on point. Although I agree that many customers that ask for quotes don't reply or don't contact the suppliers, that can't be Bidvine's fault. The new "pay for contact" system might prove to be an improvement overall and you will just pay for potential customers that reply and are interested.

I would like to thank you and the Bidvine team for their prompt help and support every time I reach out to them. They have never ignored my queries or requests for assistance. Moreover they have been encouraging and have come up with proposals to improve my image and visibility. They also operate the account in a very efficient and quick way for which I am grateful.

I used Bidvine for the first time 4 years ago. As someone starting out then it was a good place to start to find new jobs. At the time, they had a system of buying bids and using them based on the length someones request and the prices were reasonable. Then 2 years later they changed the system to paying actual money to win jobs and they bumped the prices up, now it made no sense. I could be charged £15 just to approach a customer and they could just ignore me, i’d soon run into a lot of debt. I noticed the drop in the number of people bidding on jobs too, they probably felt the same as me. Now they’ve changed it again and i think it’s the best system of all. No longer paying to send a bid and only paying if the client makes contact. If they make contact to say no thanks (it happens) then you don’t pay. The system is going to be great for returners but also those starting out. At least if a client responds, they’ve acknowledged you and they think you could be a potential, not just ignoring your request after reading it and Bidvine eating up your £15’s. Looking forward to this new way which will help drive more customers to bidvine!

Overall, I think Bidvine offers a good service and I would recommend it as one way to find new customers. In particular, the customer service is excellent, with friendly, timely and detailed responses to any queries raised via the chat function. They are also open to suggestions on how to improve the functionality, and have recently made several positive changes to the service based on customer feedback. I do agree with other business owner's comments that it is frustrating when you spend money bidding then people cancel the job and you are not routinely refunded, or customers read their bids then don't hire anyone. However, Bidvine are upfront about their terms and how their service operates, and they do offer incentives around the fees as well as a lot of support to try to maximise the chances of being hired, so I would say that it is worth the investment - as long as you take the time to read the t&c's and check it's the right platform for your business.

It is a good service though getting reviews from external clients is difficult as they have to register which I have mentioned to the support. Bidmatch is good but quite expensive considering you might not actually get the job so I have had to up my rates to compensate. I do wish they had an escrow system similar to other sites for security.

Really like Bidvine helped me get a number of leads for my business. Even though the majority of my business comes elsewhere really like the platform more than Bark

Was.apprwhensive about using bidvine but I've a feeling I'm gonna enjoy it . So far fist rate support and the app is so easy tomise . The online support is really good clear and very personable. Offers are good and fair make sense to use . I kinda wondering why I haven't used them before.

I've recently signed up to Bidvine as a professional, and their customer service is excellent; I had 2 'onboarding' calls with Emily, who gave constructive feedback on my profile and helpful suggestions for improving it, and a webchat with Kyle regarding a query, which was resolved quickly with clear, useful explanations. It is a bit of a numbers game in terms of bidding for the work, and it can become frustrating when people read your bid but don't contact you/respond to your messages, but I think it's still a good, user-friendly way to attract new customers.

The customer service for professionals is amazing. They've always helped me quickly and efficiently. I find it gets a bit expensive since there are a lot of requests that don't lead to being hired or even talked to but since they are viewed by the customer you don't get your money back. Maybe there could be a different policy regarding money back and customers posting ads only if they're truly interested in hiring someone, I don't know. I totally would recommend it to get some new clients though!

Once I got the hang of Bidvine it worked great. Customer service is great because they actually care about you getting the most from the service. Businesses are always need to improve and since starting Bidvine I've seen them improve more and more. Keep up the good work Bidvine.

Is giving a lkt of work but i have to take a lot of risk when i bid ,1 some of the bid are fake and 2 some bids there are so expensive compare to the work that needs to be done

Couple coaching Kat was absolutely committed to her work and committed to helping us as a couple. She was inspirational with ideas to promote open communications and identifying me and my spouse think about what was missing/lacking in our marriage.
