I've recently signed up to Bidvine as a professional, and their customer service is excellent; I had 2 'onboarding' calls with Emily, who gave constructive feedback on my profile and helpful suggestions for improving it, and a webchat with Kyle regarding a query, which was resolved quickly with clear, useful explanations. It is a bit of a numbers game in terms of bidding for the work, and it can become frustrating when people read your bid but don't contact you/respond to your messages, but I think it's still a good, user-friendly way to attract new customers.
