Bidvine (in particular Sheryl) has been incredible! World class customer service. She was very responsive, spent the time to understand my situation in depth and sort it out seamlessly and reasonably. No hiding behind endless T&Cs or formalities, even if that meant Bidvine taking ownership and doing a refund. It is definitely the top of my experience and will surely come back!
