I over ordered a part and wanted to return the rest, 100% my bad. I offered to ship them back myself and asked if they had a different size. Never got a response.
Had to contact them again about the return. Finally, someone sent me a link, then sent me a label. Obviously, they didn't pay any attention to my first message about paying for shipping myself and seeing if they had a different size from what I originally ordered. It doesn't take an engineer to figure out that the same size I originally ordered won't work as an alternate.
Poor customer service.
