I ordered 2 items and the order was pending without any notification to me that one of the items wasn’t in stock. I would have preferred to receive notification why the order was pending versus wondering what went wrong. I finally called and spoke with someone who was able to assist me and cancel the order for the item not in stock. The product received was a good price and was received in good condition. I would shop again with Big Frog.
