Very disappointed with my experience! I order a programable hose faucet with timer off Amazon. Shortly after I found a different option a a better price. As soon as the item arrived I knew I was returning it and had selected return on Amazon. When I opened the box the packaging of the item was damaged and broken. It looked dirty! I had already selected to return before I even opened the item because I knew I was going to rerun it I selected, “no longer needed”. I sent the item back in the same condition I received it . The company proceeded to charge me an outrageous $25 restocking fee when the item itself cost $50. The company claimed that I had used the item because I didn’t select that the item was damaged in my return. When messaging with the company over Amazon the customer service was poor and not helpful. The company refused to give me a full refund. I have purchased so many things on amazon(almost daily) and never had such a poor experience before. I would not recommend to anyone to purchase from this company.
