When calling for technical support, I was disappointed with the answer I received. I was having trouble getting the legs to seat fully against the sink. I was told the legs didn't need to seat against the sink. That tells me that the sink and or the legs were made incorrectly. That leaves the customer to deal with an inferior product. I modified the legs to fit the sink correctly.
