My first delivery was declared undeliverable due to damage and you promptly filled my reorder and refunded my first order. I’m not clear what happened to the first package but I will speculate that it may have had the same damage only worse as the second delivery. It appeared that both bottles of solution leaked substantially enough to destroy the pump package and paperwork insure the tub and the outer paper fill and outer box were wet. I’d suggest a better shipping approach would be to put the 32 oz solution in ziplock bags to eliminate this issue
