The sprinklers I ordered arrived as only the sprinkler heads, not the whole assembly which was pictured when I ordered it.
While the customer service person I emailed with was very good at communicating with me, I was not notified of the delivery of part of my order nor did I receive notification of my initial order until I asked for it.
I was left twice in the process wondering if my order had been received and wondering when it would arrive.
