I purchased a specific shaft from the Prier spigot line. Big Frog sent me the incorrect part. (The part you sent does not match what I ordered.) I contacted Big Frog and you agreed the wrong part was sent. All this is good.
However, it has been several days and I have not heard how you will resolve the issue. I really want the part I ordered. My spigot is inoperative until I get this part.
