The Rinnai RUR98iN recommendation for my home was an excellent chose and with the great pricing I was able to purchase it for less than a direct vent standard water heater. The delivery was fast and the unit arrived in perfect condition. The best part is the clean installation and operation. It is quieter running than my old standard. Hopefully it will last 16 years too!!
