I was very disappointed with the length of time that it took to receive my part from Big Frog. They were very prompt in sending a receipt for my order but provided no follow up in terms of shipping my order. After 2 weeks I contacted the company and they told me that they expected it within the week and that they would then ship it. The part took another 10 days for me to receive. The part did arrive in good condition and is working well.
