I had to return the product because it wouldn't fit on my shower, I returned it unused in the packaging and was charged 1/2 the price to repackage. I was told it would be 6 dollars and than I noticed a charge of 15 dollars. After writing my review where I was upset over the incorrect refund, the company called me immediately after they realized their mistake and apologized and told me that they would be giving me the proper credit. I am changing my rating because this company did the right thing by their customer. Thank you
