I have not had a bad experience yet with this company. I ordered a couple of Rain Bird - HOLDUPTOOL - Rotor Hold-Up Tool with Level for my wife and I. She found the tool to be immensely helpful when setting rotary type heads. I like how the heads sit level and not at an angle. As for Big Frog, great company to work with. Prices are reasonable and quick shipping.
