I was looking for some Intermatic timer parts that were backordered by most vendors. I got a personal telephone call from Big Frog saying that they would be talking to Intermatic and would notify me of the results. They promptly informed me that Intermatic would ship them the parts within four days and that the parts would then be forwarded along to me. I was extremely impressed by the research and communication that Big Frog undertook to see my small order through. I wasn't completely sure about this company until the parts arrived. But, I should never have doubted their diligence and customer service. Extraordinary job!
