The packaging was excellent. It was double boxed with corner bumpers separating each box and protecting the Rinnai heater. I wasn't happy on the delivery time. It took several weeks from the time I placed the order to when I received it. In fact, I contacted the company to inquire about the delay and sure enough it magically shipped later that day.
