I ordered a Maxi Jumbo Valve Box. It arrived in great condition and was of high quality. My only complaint was the length of time it took to ship the valve box. It only took 5 days from the time UPS picked up the parcel in VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, US to get it to Colorado. It was ordered May 6, 2017 and received May 25, 2017. Why did it take two weeks to get the product ready to ship? There was no communication/email from Big Frog Supply during this long delay as to status of order.
