I ordered my sprinkler valves on a Friday, and got an e-mail confirmation. I kept checking to look for shipping information, but nothing. The following Friday I e-mailed them. They replied that their records showed the items shipped, but they would check with UPS. A couple hours later I got an e-mail with a UPS tracking number. The next Friday the parts showed up. So, it took two weeks but the parts were correct and well packaged. If you check their address with Google maps, you will find that it is a UPS office. I would probably buy from them again if I wasn't in a hurry.
