Shipping was fast although tracking information had me baffled. The link they gave me was for standard UPS tracking and this was UPS freight which has a PRO number. However, with that being said, they did respond with the correct info when I inquired. The UPS freight driver was outstanding in every way. He was accommodating as I am disabled and I had to keep insisting on his taking a tip. All in all a good experience.
