I ordered 2" in irrigation valves, and the package arrived fast. But the order was filled with 1" valves. I requested the 2" be shipped immediately and was sent a return label that day. The replacement order took over a week to get, should be here today, costing me a large amount of money in time, Equipment rental and staffing to wait for the right parts to arrive.
