Some of the customer advisors are unhelpful ,another was to call me back ,I still await the call 24hours later ,after speaking to 4 or 5 different advisors I got totally frustrated .All I wanted was clarity on a scuff on the passengers seat and better photos of the outside of the car ,before collection .Then to be told I needed to view the car myself and test drive or get someone to do it on my behalf. I asked for an extension for my deposit I had paid which would run out on the Thursday @ 2pm to the Saturday morning ,as to allow me the time to make my way from N.Ireland to Blue Bell Hill site and was refused. I spoke to my transport haulier to see could he help, in his words not mine ,not with this company ,I have been held up for hours on this site, with exactly the same issues, very unhelpful and silly collection times. This company may well work for some , but outside of England Im not so sure, Disappointing is all I can say .
