Big Motoring World hid known serious front shock absorber issues when sold to me in August 2023.
Their customer support does everything to avoid warranty responsibilities; circumventing 'new' requirements for them to pay / repair on each and EVERY email comms.
I've paid for 3 garages to review the car with diagnostics; the booking with big motoring world in 3 months was cancelled 1 week before without any representation of arranging another appointment and have asked me to again get another diagnostics (out of my pocket) - No big motoring world, the car's front shock absorbers haven't miraculously fixed themselves.
I am sickened by their disgusting approach. Experienced mirrored when my parents purchased a car from them and when the car's clutch went after 2 weeks (leaving my 75 year old parents stranded), big motoring world continued to do everything they could to avoid paying for the repair, under warranty.
It's now March 2024 - 7 months on - and they have still not resolved repairing the front shocks. DISGUSTING TACTICS.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.
