The after sales of dealing with Big motoring works is not great, they do not respond when you contact them or ask for a call back. When you do finally get through they are very rude. Had a girl called Tiegan who was not patient and just kept passing me on to different lines till it cut out. The initial service is great but the after sale is the worst I have ever experienced.
