Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Told we needed to book an appointment to test drive a car, booked an appointment between 6-7, arrived at 6.30 kept waiting until 7.10, car not ready to test drive, kept waiting longer. Lad who took us for a test drive was good. Went back in to get a part exchange valuation for our car, was expecting £7k-8k, given valuation of £6k and told we wouldn't get better anywhere else, also only 3 month standard warranty and only £500 maximum if something went wrong on a £15k car. Extended 3 year warranty £1999. Told them I wasn't taking £6k for our car. So offered to do extended warranty for £650 but wouldn't budge on our car. Left without purchasing, went to Car supermarket the next day and got £7k part exchange and £650 for 3 year warranty, not kept waiting, great customer service.
