I am happy with my saxophone strap, it is good quality, a good brand and a reasonable price. However, living less than 5 miles from the showroom I am disappointed that there was no option for me to just collect it especially when it was showing as in stock. It's a waste of postal costs and I had to wait many days to receive the item in the mail.
