Hi Walter, I don't think this meritted a negative review. The product was very clearly labelled, described, pictured and categorised as a banjo music book, not a child's first plastic banjo? We're still unsure as to how you expected to receive a child's plastic banjo when the product is called "First 50 songs you should play on Banjo"

“Overall I’m very happy, though the organisation and updates about the delivery could have been smoother. They did accommodate all my requests which I appreciate very much, but I had to phone up for updated information several times. I found it odd that I didn’t actually get a written confirmation of the delivery date and time at all, but the delivery arrived on time as per the verbal confirmation, so overall I’m happy.”
