We were undecided on a first piano for my daughter and the chap who runs the store was absolutely fantastic. He explained the differences between all the various models, let us try them and showed us everything each model could do. We left to think about it and came back a few times and on each occasion, nothing was too much bother. When we did make the purchase, the piano arrived within a matter of days and we love it. I cannot recommend this store highly enough, it was a first-class experience from start to finish.
