I ordered some sheet music perilously close to Christmas, which had to be sent on to Belfast,
and when I phoned to check on its progress, it was already parcelled up and ready to be sent to me,
and better still, got to me the next day. The assistant I spoke to was pleasant and helpful, a bonus
at this time of year, and the music arrived in time to be played for Christmas! All in all, an excellent
retail experience, and a happy pianist on Christmas Day. Thank you, and Happy New Year.
