Their factory staff are nice, their order management people are nice, their support / back of house / accounts team - never in the field of human endevours has it ever been so stressful to pay. They didnt take my payment quick enough from amazon pay, so Amazon put a hold on the payment, i offered to then pay direct with card, but they cannot handle this. I offered to drive to their offices and pay with other means and was told this wasnt possible, and the only way i could now pay is with a bank transfer. But they wont provide the details, and will not provide a gaurentee if i perform a bank transfer. WTF!!! seriously, this is embarrassingly bad service.
