We bought 2 expensive Radon e-bikes. They were both returned to have faults repaired. We got them back 2 months later, still not fixed. I have had local reputable bike shops verify the faults but Bike Discount customer service tells me they were fixed. They have had our €7000 almost 4 months and we are sitting with faulty bikes being told by customer service that we are talking nonsense despite verification from reputable bike shops. Disgusting service. I will have to take the legal route.
