I bought a carbon mountain bike and after two months I realized that there is cracked paint in the frame.
Customer service immediately react and offered me a new frame (a different color) I refused it because I did not like the color.
They provided me with a new frame (within 30 days) with the same color and they sent me money for bike conversion. So I missed my lovely bike only for 2 days π.
They have surprisingly quick reactions and a very professional approach.
