If you need to return any goods, you have to bear the cost. This is the first time that happens to me. So, I got a too large pair of trouser for ~65€, since they dont fit, I want to return them, but I need to pay ~30€ to get rid of them! This is non-sense to me.
Los costes de envío de las devoluciones los ha de pagar el cliente. En mi caso los costes de envío eran ~30€, casi la mitad del coste de la prenda que quería devolver. Con lo que tendría que tirar esos 30€ a la basura para obtener nada
