You are not their priority. They don't seek to provide a good service and they'll make sure to make you know about it. Firstly, hurdles while ordering where they just cancel your order instead of contacting you to clarify the details. Secondly, their shipment policies with DHL, which attempts delivery to the well known business address at 7 in the morning when of course it's closed, and immediately ships the order back instead of rescheduling the delivery. Customer service doesn't provide any assistance in this matter, nor ways to prevent situations like this, or care to change anything so it won't happen in future. Instead they straight out threaten you to "reimburse" their "losses", as from their point of view you are the only one responsible.
