Avoid this online store! I ordered a frameset including a frame, fork, headset, stem, and spacers (order number: AU1586889). Very fast delivery, but when I opened the package, the headset, stem, and spacers were missing. Complaint made via their website and since then, no response, despite a follow-up email! More than eight days have passed and I'm still unable to assemble the bike. In short, I paid for parts that weren't sent to me... this is called THEFT, and since there's no communication to resolve this problem, it's becoming a scam! Like many sites located in Germany, customer service is beyond appalling (same type of problem with Bike Discount). If everything goes well, it's perfect; at the slightest problem, you realize they're thieves and that we're far from the German rigor we're led to believe on this side of the Rhine. Avoid!
