They have a part that I cannot find anywhere else, a laid-back seatpost for a lowrider.
I bought one (FH-LBPOST-BLK), super happy with it. Then bought a second bike so now I need another. Out of stock. But Alvin Seville, customer service rep staffing the chat, answered my request even after telephone support was closed. He assured me they would let me know when the part arrives again. I value this customer service!!
