“I purchased two BT 66/80 electric start engine kits. One worked awesome and the other was riddled with gremlins. Thanks to the customer support, I was able to get every issue rectified. Earl with customer support is great. He helped me with every issue with understanding and kindness!”
“Just wanted to thank Bikeberry and especially Earl for the lighting fast responses to all my questions and concerns. With Earl's guidance I can now complete the 2-stroke to 4-stoke conversion of my sons cadet kart.”
“I had an issue and Earl from customer service was very patient with me, even though, I was not. I apologize because I felt bad. But I was surprised to see how he handled the situation. Very professional. Not many people like that anymore.”
“Just getting into this for my son. Not knowing anything, Earl with support lined me out on exactly what all i needed and what was recommended. Good customer support is enough to get my business. Thanks again Earl.”
“When I received a faulty part, Bikeberry did everything in their power to remedy the situation. I received advice on how to fix my problem myself and when that was not possible, they sent me a replacement for free.”
“Slow company. Dont trust their shipping policy. I ordered a bike friday September 13. Their website said shipping in 1-2 days. Monday i get an email from the ghost in their verification department Ana. They needed information to verify so i send them the information through email. I called to see if they got it none responded. The next day they said they needed more info but when i called to verify none answered. I was told it will be shipped at the end of this week. So shipping took 5 days. On top of that they ssid it will take 10 days to get to me even after i accepted their will call location to be picked up when i paid shipping to have it delivered to my place.SHADY LIARS. SHIPPING POLICY IS A LIE. IM SURE ILL NEVER GET MY BIKE”
“I have had carb leak problems on my brand-new bike engine. Earl was a great help in writing and sending videos to diagnose the issues. The stock carb continued to leak no matter what I did so I just ordered a replacement for $20 thinking it must be defective. The replacement looked to be a better quality in appearance. Yet, it too leaked. After a number of attempts to diagnose and remedy, it continued to leak as the stock unit did. Earl patiently worked with me, had me do some videos and determined it had a damaged valve and promptly ordered a replacement. He is so helpful. I appreciate his prompt response and willingness to help. Part defects aren't BikeBerry's fault.”
“There is nothing remotely great about their service or their techs, not for me. A "lifetime" of being repeatedly told the same thing, not getting any real help, and being treated like I must be stupid because I'm not one of them isn't an actual bonus. If you buy from them, don't expect a refund when their product doesn't work. NOTE: If you put gas and oil in it, you don't get money back. Hey, nice trick guys, because there's no way to tell by looking at the parts individually that it's going to work! Crappy business practice. So when you find out they don't REALLY stand behind their product, you're already juked out of the money. Who wants to exchange an entire motor after doing all the work? Then do it again??...thanks but no thanks. Been back and forth with these guys on email and chat for close to a month. Their engines aren't the quality they claim, they aren't as helpful as they claim, and the greatest online buying experience they promise is NOT true. I've had nothing but run around. The same answers that aren't the answer and no offer of a real solution. Paid a lot more money than what other sites charge because they're supposed to be awesome. Totally unimpressed. Maybe I got a dud, maybe I suck as a client, but they aren't trying to make it right. A coil is $12 and they refuse to acknowledge that could be the problem or offer to send one. So I'll just buy it and hopefully be done with this whole dud of a crew. Buyer beware. PS: they're going to fill your inbox with spam.”
