I purchased two BT 66/80 electric start engine kits. One worked awesome and the other was riddled with gremlins. Thanks to the customer support, I was able to get every issue rectified. Earl with customer support is great. He helped me with every issue with understanding and kindness!

Just wanted to thank Bikeberry and especially Earl for the lighting fast responses to all my questions and concerns. With Earl's guidance I can now complete the 2-stroke to 4-stoke conversion of my sons cadet kart.

I had an issue and Earl from customer service was very patient with me, even though, I was not. I apologize because I felt bad. But I was surprised to see how he handled the situation. Very professional. Not many people like that anymore.

When I received a faulty part, Bikeberry did everything in their power to remedy the situation. I received advice on how to fix my problem myself and when that was not possible, they sent me a replacement for free.

I have had carb leak problems on my brand-new bike engine. Earl was a great help in writing and sending videos to diagnose the issues. The stock carb continued to leak no matter what I did so I just ordered a replacement for $20 thinking it must be defective. The replacement looked to be a better quality in appearance. Yet, it too leaked. After a number of attempts to diagnose and remedy, it continued to leak as the stock unit did. Earl patiently worked with me, had me do some videos and determined it had a damaged valve and promptly ordered a replacement. He is so helpful. I appreciate his prompt response and willingness to help. Part defects aren't BikeBerry's fault.
