Bike Berry has great customer service! Every time the support rep has made sure I was satisfied. Today my support rep was Freddie. He was so diligent and determined to help me I almost felt sorry for him! LOL My issue was complex and unfortunately I had to go before he could get back to me by chat. I just left a simple message on chat regarding this. I thought that it was over. But Freddie was working behind the scenes to find my solution and emailed it to me! I will be back riding again shortly! Thank you Freddie!
