I bought a new sprocket adapter. The rubber pieces that arrived were two different thicknesses. Unable to locate where the thin or the thick one was placed I went to bikeberry.com.
I used the chat feature on their website and was connected to Alvin.
Although I purchased the item on Amazon Alvin looked at the picture I sent him and instructed me in the correct placement of the parts.
Could have saved myself over an hour if I just would have went there first.
