My order arrived with some damage, and Freddie took care of it immediately, not the next day, but in the same conversation that I informed him of damage. He walked me through the process and confirmed replacement parts and got them shipped to me within a few minutes. Very pleased with how he handled my claim, and I appreciate him working with me.
