When ever anyone thinks of customer service they all cringe because its usually a hassle. BUT when I emailed customer service and Earl responded it was like a weight was lifted off my mind!!! He was so eager to help me and get my issue resolved is was mind-blowing. He spoke to me like I was an old friend and not just another customer with a problem. I'm so grateful Earl replied to my email, he took care of me 110%. Thank you again Earl!!
