I ordered bike from Bikeberry and never received it. It was apparently stolen by someone in Fedex. However, Bikeberry assumed no responsibility on their end. They left me dealing with the issue with Fedex. I was never reimbursed. I am a 73 year old man, living on 1k per month from social security. It literally took me years to save for this purchase. I battled covid, then back surgery and now that I am back on my feet, I would like to ride. But, I can't afford to. This company has evil in them and terrible policies for helping their customers. I don't have the energy to fight them.
