This company does not honor its warranties. This company does not fulfill what it promises on its website. This company doesn't send the right parts after being sent dozens of pictures and item numbers or take responsibility when it makes an error. Look for a quality bike that you can actually get parts for if it breaks. Not a cheap Chinese Product that has ZERO customer support. I have been given the run around by Bikeberry support for 4 months. Always with a promise of things to come. That are never deliveried. I give up on ever getting any type of warranty from this company. If they can not get parts for the bike they have a warranty for then they should send a new bike or at least give a discount to purchase another one. They have done nothing except say to wait. For 4 months Ive been waiting. I have logs of all the chats for 4 months. None of the promises have been met. Steer Clear! Unless you want ignored and blocked.
