I bought a motorized kit which wasn't easy for me to assemble given my ignorance of how bikes work and are put together. That said, I had assembly issues to overcome. I called in a couple of times but reverted to the chat route to avoid the long wait times. I found Earl. The guy is knowledgeable treasure. He answers completely and quickly. Do you yourself a favor and use the chat, it will speed things up and he sends video links to illustrate the corrective actions needed. So so helpful.
