Earl was insistent I couldn't possibly know what I was talking about when I needed technical assistance for a bad part for a brand new engine. It appears I was getting copy/paste answers for an issue I wasn't having. I don't much care for being treated like an idiot just because I'm not on their team. As for my issue, I can find the answers I need everywhere else, but not here. So far my guaranteed best experience...isn't. I'll likely be returning the motor due to lack of the help I need. Sad.
