I recently purchased the MiracleSuit bathing suit online for $268.00 and was shocked to receive it in dirty condition. While I understand that stores provide panty liners to address potential in-store mishaps, it’s unacceptable for an online order to arrive in this state—it was absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer service, I was met with complete radio silence for over a week. Frustrated, I decided to use the provided return label to send the item back, only to discover that I was charged $15.00 for the return. This experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Between the lack of quality control and poor customer service, I will not be purchasing from them again.
