I purchased swimming trunks for my spouse. I had a sales representative help me find the size I was looking for. I mentioned that I was concerned they would be too short for him but figured he could return them if they don't fit. They did not fit correctly, therefore I went back to return or exchange them. Upon my arrival, I was told that they are final sale and that they cannot return or exchange them. This was not mentioned to me upon purchase nor was it mentioned by the sales representative who was helping me find the items. I figured I could chat with the manager and explain that no one mentioned this to me upon purchase which is frustrating since I was clearly purchasing for someone other than myself. She told me when purchasing sale items I should ask if they are final sale and it was up to me to know their return policy. I told her this is bad business practice and she lost her patience and referred to me as 'lady' with a rude tone. I think this is terrible business practice and custom service. I will not be returning nor would I recommend this store to anyone.
