I purchased over 600.00 dollars worth of merchandise. Two days later, they offered a promotion ( you receive free packing cubes with a purchase over 200.00). So... since I made my purchase literally days before I kindly asked if I could get the cubes. There response was a flat no. They simply referred me to their policy page and proceeded to warn me that I couldn't price adjust or refund. I am a small business owner and small acts of kindness go a long way. The cubes were free and had their logo on it (free advertising). It would have cost them very little and it would have made me happy. It's not so much about the cubes for me... it's about how I was left feeling. I have experienced exceptional customer service at other stores and I was left feeling supported and respected. This experience left me feeling disappointed and sad.You can buy bathing suits in hundreds of places and hundreds of ways. In this day and age... I am looking for a positive experience as much as I am looking for a good product. That's why I went "old school" ( Bikini Village has been around a long time)In short, this is just my feedback. Please do better.
