From Hull : Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Instructor at Bill Plant Driving School
As a father, I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by the driving instructor, Stacey Verity, from Bill Plant Driving School. My daughter experienced frequent cancellations on Stacey's part.
After numerous irregular cancellations, we decided to pay 24 hours prior to each 2-hour class (£70). However, on one instance (yesterday, 12/02/2024), I made a payment (£70) within 14 hours of the scheduled class on 13/02/2024. Despite this, Stacey refused to conduct the class and insisted on charging my daughter for it. This is despite the fact that I made a timely payment and had not initiated any cancellations myself.
Not only was Stacey unprofessional in her handling of the situation, but she was also rude when requested to refund for the class that was not conducted as agreed upon. It is unacceptable for an instructor to retain payment for services not rendered, especially when the cancellation was not the fault of the customer.
Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by Stacey. I urge others to be cautious when booking classes with Bill Plant Driving School, as my experience with their instructor has been nothing short of disappointing
