Ridiculous instructors expect 48 hours notice if you want to rearrange a lesson and if you don’t give them that they either take hours out of your prepaid plan, £80 worth of a lesson or they charge you a fee?! They’re not busy and they’re not missing out if you cancel the lesson a day before instead of two. A joke. And overpriced. £40 an hour?!
